Arboricultural Impact Assessment

To determine the impact from a development/construction proposal to trees. This report identifies which trees can and cannot be removed, and includes how a design can proceed in a manner that maintains the structural integrity and ongoing vitality of trees to be retained.

Declared Project Arborist

Future Tree Health will act as your arborist representative and key contact throughout the development and construction project timeline, end to end. A declared Project Arborist is a requirement of a Tree Protection Plan.

Tree Protection Management Plan

Protection of trees on a development site. Essential for all developments, and a requirement of construction planning permits.

Property sales

When property owners wish to remove a tree, even if it’s dangerous, they often need to seek permits from their local council.

The council tells me I need a Level 5 Arborist

All reports and services are AQF Level 5+ Arborist and produced in line with Australian Standards AS4970-2009 Protection of Trees on Development Sites, council overlays and local laws.
