- Payment Prior to Report Release
It is our policy to require payment before releasing the final report. Once your report has been finalized, we will send you a preliminary version with some information redacted, along with an invoice. The full report will be made available to you upon receipt of your payment.
- Trust-based System & Flexibility
We value our customers and work on a trust-based system without requiring deposits. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we appreciate your prompt payment following the delivery of our services. If you need additional flexibility, please contact us to discuss your situation.
- Standard Payment Terms
Unless agreed upon otherwise, our payment terms are strictly 7 days from the time of service delivery. Please ensure that your payment is submitted within this timeframe to avoid any disruptions or additional fees.
- Invoice Reminders
For outstanding accounts, we will send email invoice reminders over the course of three weeks to ensure that you are aware of your payment obligations.
- Debt Collection & Legal Fees
If we have not received payment or heard from you after one month, we will be unfortunately forced to assign your account to our debt collection agency for recovery. Please note that any debt collection and legal fees will be added to your outstanding balance in addition to the invoice price.
- Open Communication
